Burst pipe under the kitchen sink, fixed the same evening
"I called at 5:40pm with water pooling under the sink and half the cupboard soaked. He was here before seven, cut out the corroded elbow, put in new copper, and ran a pressure test before packing up. The number he gave me on the phone was the number on the invoice. Two days later he rang back to check for leaks. Only thing I'd mention: no shoe covers, so I mopped the hallway after."
