A review reflects one household's experience on one job. It is not a rating, a guarantee or a recommendation to hire. Quotes, timelines and outcomes vary between jobs, so treat each entry as a starting point and confirm details directly with the tradesperson, mechanic or shop before you book.
When you send a review, you confirm it describes your own experience, that the details are true to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share any photos you attach. We may shorten, edit for clarity or decline an entry. We remove submissions that read as advertising, repeat the same complaint across multiple listings, or name private individuals rather than a business.
There is no sponsored ranking and no paid badge on this site. Businesses cannot buy a position, edit a review or have a dated entry taken down simply because they disagree with it. If a listing contains a factual error, the business can write to us with evidence and we will correct or annotate the entry rather than quietly delete it.
We do not control the work carried out by any business mentioned here, and we are not liable for loss, damage, delays or costs arising from a job you arrange after reading an entry. Any dispute over workmanship, pricing or warranty is between you and the business. Consumer guarantees under Australian law sit with the supplier, not with this site.
