Three-bedroom unit, bond returned without deductions

Two cleaners turned up on time for a three-bedroom unit and worked through the oven, range hood, window tracks and vertical blinds. The job ran about four hours. They brought their own water and never asked to use the kitchen taps, which mattered since the water was already switched over to the agent's name.
